Steve Roose is, simply, a great broker. He represented us in a purchase of a house on Balboa Island. Within hours of our first conversation, he provided detailed market data that helped us to understand prices in the market, and how to bid for the property in which we were interested. During the negotiation, he gave us sound advice during the process of offers and counteroffers. He walked us through the contracting process (which was new for us, since we are out of state). He introduced us to the builder who will be the contractor for the new house we will build. He introduced us to people in the community. He was always on time for meetings or calls. Steve is an excellent realtor. We listed our home for sale after he helped us find our new home. We had a small window of time to get the best offer we could. We quickly had a buyer in place due to Steve's strategic marketing and connections and everything was ready to go.
