Steve Roose is, simply, a great broker. He represented us in a purchase of a house on Balboa Island. Within hours of our first conversation, he provided detailed market data that helped us to understand prices in the market, and how to bid for the property in which we were interested. During the negotiation, he gave us sound advice during the process of offers and counteroffers. He walked us through the contracting process (which was new for us, since we are out of state). He introduced us to the builder who will be the contractor for the new house we will build. He introduced us to people in the community. He was always on time for meetings or calls. And he always has a smile. We give Steve our highest recommendation!!

Steve is a force of nature. Always prompt with a response and smile, he delivers with any request. He helped us: Find/Buy a Teardown, Choose a Builder, Rent three properties while the house was being built, introduced us to numerous island people who are now are friends, let me borrow his truck and literally cooked us dinner multiple times. Steve is not just a realtor. He is our friend.

Amazing, trustworthy, and supportive!!!My husband and I had the absolute best experience with our first 1031 exchange being handled by Luxury Real Estate.The family property had to be sold and a 1031 needed to happen.Our go to is Steve and Greg at Luxury Real Estate!Steve Roose & Greg Earl are the ultimate pros. Steve is an excellent realtor. We listed our home for sale after he helped us find our new home. We had a small window of time to get the best offer we could. We quickly had a buyer in place due to Steve's strategic marketing and connections and everything was ready to go. Our buyer dropped out last minute and within hours Steve had another buyer lined up with an even more attractive offer. We didn't even have time to get stressed out! He worked tirelessly for us and we couldn't be happier. We admit we are very picky and high maintenance and he never even blinked.
