Part of the Balboa Islands charm is its peace and quiet. There is a noise ordinance in effect between 10:00pm and 7:00am every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. The majority of these people are year round residence. Please remember not everyone is on vacation! Due to the close proximity of each house it is imperative that you respect the noise ordinance.
