Bring the family out for a weekend of festive activities including picking the perfect pumpkin at the pumpkin patch, crafts, inflatables, and seasonal treats & drinks.

SATURDAY
11 am to 6 pm – PUMPKIN PATCH
Pick out your favorite Pumpkin and enjoy family activities for all ages including Fall treats and drinks.

6 to 9 pm – FREE COUNTRY CONCERT
URBAN LEGEND with Young Guns
THE KELLY BOYS Line Dancing & Instruction
Full Bar and Country BBQ available for purchase. No outside food and drink allowed. Parking $10.

SUNDAY
11 am to 5 pm – PUMPKIN PATCH

12 Noon to 5 pm – LLYOD’S CLASSIC CAR SHOW
It’s a “Back to the Future” 1950’s Beach Party with Lloyd’s Ikerd’s Classic Cars from Movies and TV on display including the Batmobile and the Back to the Future Delorean!

EVENT PRICE:

Steve Roose is, simply, a great broker. He represented us in a purchase of a house on Balboa Island. Within hours of our first conversation, he provided detailed market data that helped us to understand prices in the market, and how to bid for the property in which we were interested. During the negotiation, he gave us sound advice during the process of offers and counteroffers. He walked us through the contracting process (which was new for us, since we are out of state). Steve is an excellent realtor. We listed our home for sale after he helped us find our new home. We had a small window of time to get the best offer we could. We quickly had a buyer in place due to Steve's strategic marketing and connections and everything was ready to go.
